In the video Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford announce that Lisa Rinna will be coming up next after the break and when the camera switched over to Lisa they caught a little more than they expected on film. Lisa was joined on the couch by Richard Simmons and the pair began to goof off, resulting in Richard lifting Lisa's leg almost exposing her crotch to the world on national television.
