If you notice, the asian guy has his eyes opened wide....looks like they were all having fun! Leave this little girl alone! She is still trying to find herself and bad choices or poor judgement is part of that!

I didn't think it looked like Miley either.

It is just a shot of friends having fun, instead of being concerned about whether or not she was being racist, it is more a question of how drunk was she? If you look at the pic, everyone looks drunk and infact someone is holding a glass of wine.

In my opinion the girl in the picture doesnt really look like miley
first you cant even make the photo larger so that makes me believe that somebody doesnt want people to see the detail in the picture to see if its the real Miley
second its not like she is the only one doing it in the picture
and last but not least even if it was her she is obviously not racist since she is sitting right next to an asian guy that looks like he has no problem with her or with the other people making the gesture.

Oh Cmon. I`m sure they didn`t meant anything racist. Just a bunch of teenagers having fun. BEsides, it seems she has an asian friend how has his eyes wide open and doesn`t seem offended. lol

No one can accuse her of having any class.

The girl in the middle is Chinese, some of the guys look like aboriginal Taiwanese (original folks in Taiwan before the mainland moved in)
