Ryan Moats gets Pulled Over by a Power Tripping Cop

Posted on March 27, 2009 - 2:41am by loretta NFL running back Ryan Moats was in a hurry to get his wife to the hospital to be by her dying mothers side when a Dallas Police officer pulled him over for running a red light. Moats was in the hospital parking lot when he stopped, but I guess this power tripping cop didn't care. Depite Moats numerous pleas to allow him to go inside the hospital, the cop kept Moats in the parking lot and even went as far as drawing his gun and threatened to arrest him.
