Vince Vaughn has finally found the woman worthy of wearing his ring and what a ring it is. Vaughn proposed to his girlfriend Kyla Weber with a four-carat ring worth about $125,000 on Valentine's Day. How original.. Not! I would think that someone as creative as Vince Vaughn would come up with a better proposal plan. Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve are the most popular proposal days.
