Actress Laura Leighton is reprising her role as the devious Sydney, who was presumed in 1997 when she was run over by a car on her wedding day. Sydney is coming back as the landlord to the new tenants, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Leighton's two-episode stint on the original Melrose Place in 1993 was her first acting gig.
