Photog Deny Accusations in Madonna Horse Accident

The paparazzi claims that he was the only one at the scene of Madonna's fall and that he was not responsible. The man said that he took pictures of Madonna a half an hour prior to the fall from a public road and returned to take more pictures after receiving a tip that she had fallen.
