Michael Jackson's Autopsy Results Leaked

According to the report, Michael Jackson weighed in at a mere 112 pounds and his body was ridden with needle tracks and surgery scars. Michael had about 13 different cosmetic surgeries and the bridge of his nose was completely gone. There were needle tracks on his hips, thighs and shoulders were it is believed he injected painkillers several times a day. The singer was balding and his head was covered with "peach fuzz." The contents of his stomach consisted of half dissolved pills and nothing else. The LA Coroner also reported 4 injection marks on Michael's chest from 4 attempts to restart his heart with adrenaline shots. These results are not confirmed. Update: TMZ.com is reporting that this autopsy report is completely false and the LA Coroner's office just released a statement saying, "The report that is being published did not come from this office. I don't know where the information came from, or who that information came from. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false."
