The Internet is all a buzz about a picture of Miley Cyrus allegedly giving some dude a blow job. I don't believe that what's happening in this photo, but take a look and decide for yourself. Great picture, huh? From what little bit you can see, it looks really fake and physically impossible for her to be giving him a BJ. What do you think?
