Kelsey Grammer Helps Keep His Sister's Killer Behind Bars

Kelsey-GrammerFreddie Glenn, the 52 year old man convicted of murdering actor Kelsey Grammer's sister was denied parole earlier today. Kelsey had planned on attending Glenn's parole hearing, but was unable to make his connecting flight after weather conditions at Kennedy International Airport in New York delayed his flight. Since he couldn't be there in person the parole board heard a written letter from Grammer along with the statements from other relatives and detectives. In the letter, Kelsey referred to Glenn as a "butcher" and a "monster" and said "I can never accept the notion that he can pay for the nightmare with anything less than his life." Freddie Glenn's next parole hearing will be in 2014.
