Mark McLeod, Miley Cyrus' creepy stalker, who was arrested and released due to over crowding professed his love for Miley as he waited to meet her at a book signing. Check out the creepy video below: Pretty scary for Miley. I hope they keep a close watch on this guy. What do you think?
