Hilary Clinton Offered A Dowry For Chelsea's Hand In Marriage

A Kenyan man by the name of Godwin Kipkemoi Chepkurgor offered Hilary Clinton cows and goats for her daughter, Chelsea's hand in marriage. Chepkurgor's offer is anything but a joke and marring Chelsea has been a dream of his, he even wrote a letter to former President Bill Clinton nine years ago asking him for Chelsea's hand in marriage. Chepkurgor talks about his proposal in the video below. Don't think Chelsea will be accepting this offer. What do you think?
