TLC has announced that
Jon Gosselin will no longer be appearing on
Jon & Kate Plus 8.

Jon & Kate Plus 8 will change to
Kate Plus 8. A source close to Jon told
People,
Given Jon's recent antics, there was no way the show could continue to portray him as a doting dad, not while all this other crap was going on.
With Jon & Kate's audience dropping from 4.2 million viewers at the start of the season to 1.7 million viewers last Monday, a change was definitely needed. I think they made the right decision cutting Jon. Kate is much more interesting to watch.
