Kanye West was on Jay Leno Show last night and used that opportunity to explain to everyone what was going on in his head when he ruined Taylor Swifts night at the VMA's on Sunday night.
Jay first asked Kanye how his day was going. Kanye responded that he has been feeling horrible, that he never meant to hurt anyone. His goal in life is to help others. He said that in this situation someone's emotions were stepped on, which was rude. He also said that he would really like to apologize to Taylor in person.
Jay then asked him when he knew what he was doing was wrong. Kanye said the moment that he gave the mic back to Tay and she didn't keep going with her speech. He was like "uh-oh!"
For Jay's final question he wanted to know what Kanye thought his mom would say about his behavior. That question was followed by an awkward and sad silence as Kanye took a moment to think about letting his deceased mother down.
Breaking the silence, Kanye responded saying thathe has been working so hard on his career with no time off that he was mad at himself for inflicting his pain onto someone else. His dream of what award shows should have been had gotten the best of him.
He said that he's going to take some time off to try to figure out how he's going to get through the rest of his life.

It's typical Kanye. He sucks live. I was at Bonnaroo when he made the crowd wait over two hours, he came out, at 4:30 a.m., no apology, didn't even acknowledge the crowd! He then went on with his crappy performance. People booed him. He deserved it. At the end of the set, he just WALKED off stage. Then blogged about the fans and the venue sucking! I would expect nothing less from a deusch like Kanye. Cry about it Kanye. You're a jerk and I hope this hurts your career.

Hey, you gotta at least feel a little sympathy for him. Sure he's a tool, but I would even say that Jay went a little far asking him what he thought his dead mother would think about what he did. That's a little harsh, even for a jerkoff like Kanye and for what he did.
