Lady GaGa Dancer Face Plants During Toronto Concert

Check out this video of a dancer falling flat on her face at Lady GaGa's concert in Toronto on Saturday, November 28th. The fall occurs around the :32 second mark. Some people might find this hilarious, but I think it's kind of sad. What do you think?
