Kim Kardashian's mouth has gotten her in a lot of trouble this month, first with lying to her family and now her comments against the cookie diet.Dr. Siegal has filed suit against Kim K after she called his Cookie Diet, "unhealthy" in a Twitter post.The doctor claims that Kim had a "commercial motive" because she is the spokesperson for QuickTrim, which is a rival diet plan.The amount Dr. Siegal is unknown, but I'm sure it's a lot!What do you think?

I think Kim K. is a twit, but she still has the right every free American has, and that is to express her honest opinion. I think a "cookie diet" is obviously unhealthy also, and no one can tell me or anyone else to shut up about it. I also think purple is an ugly color, so are all the makers of purple clothes going to sue me? Get real! This "doctor" has put his idea for a diet out there, and people can like or dislike it and comment on it! If u hate free speech, then go live in Iran. This doctor needs to grow a pair!
