'American Idol' Contestant Steals "Pants On The Ground" from "Back Pockets On The Floor"

The Green Brothers of Highland Park claim that American Idol contestant, General Larry Platts, used their song, Back Pockets On The Floor, and turned it into Pants On The Ground. Larry-Platts Back Pockets On The Floor was written and copyrighted by the Green Brothers in 1996. Check out the videos below to compare.     Both songs are based on a similar theme but I don't think that Larry Platts ripped off the song.
