Andy Dick ARRESTED!

Posted on January 23, 2010 - 9:25pm by loretta Andy Dick was released from Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, West Virginia after posted $60,000 bail. The comedian was arrested early this morning on two felony counts of sexual assault. According to TMZ, the criminal complaint says, Andy was talking to a guy when he "unexpectedly and without invitation grabbed the victim's crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him." The complaint also states that a security guard said that Andy, "grabbed his crotch and began to laugh" as he tried to give him an armband. The Huntington Police Department stated,

Based upon the statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two vicitms' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree.

If convicted Andy Dick is facing 1-5 years in prison.
