Stephanie Pratt Avoids the Slammer

Stephanie Pratt won't be seeing the inside of a jail cell anytime soon, thanks to a plea deal she reached with L.A. prosecutors for her October 2009 DUI. Stephanie-Pratt Pratt was arrested and charged with a DUI last October after failing to pass a breath test and on Thursday, January 7th, Stephanie was sentenced to 3 years probation, a 12-week alcohol education program, 3 Alcoholics Anonymous meetingsand will have to pay a fine. She should consider herself lucky since she was facing up to six months in jail. What do you think? Was Stephanie sentence fair, unfair, or too forgiving?
