Charlie Sheen Wants a Plea Deal

Posted on February 8, 2010 - 4:44pm by loretta Charlie Sheen will be appearing in an Aspen, Colorado court room today where he will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault for the Christmas morning altercation he had with his wife, Brooke Mueller. Charlie is willing to accept a plea deal if it involves a misdemeanor charge instead of the felony and both Brooke and Charlie are hoping for a change in the protective order that's in place. As of right now, the protective order bans Charlie and Brooke from communicating or having contact and the couple is hoping that the protective order is changed so that they can live together again. If all goes as plan, Charlie and Brooke will return to L.A. together and begin to repair their marriage.
