Mischa Barton Caught Smokin' Behind the Wheel

Mischa Barton was photographed driving her classic caddy around L.A. yesterday, smoking a rather questionable substance. Mischa-Barton Sure it could be as innocent as a rolled cigarette, but if you ask me, I'd have to say it's it appears to be marijuana. What do you think?
