Abduction almost sounds like a darker, more serious version of The Truman Show; in other words a guy finds out his entire life has been a lie--this plot never gets old, right?  For Abduction, Taylor Lautner will be directed by John Singleton, who showed a knack for the action genre with 2005's Four Brothers, which is also notably the last film he directed. 

Hollywoodnews.com reports that Lautner will have one or more fight scenes with Jason Issacs.  Sorcerer versus Werewolf.  We love it. 

Filming will commence this July, and with an intriguing story such as this, we're definitely on Team Taylor.
