"Right now, we are planning our 3D tour movie, and James Cameron is directing it -- we have the biggest director, because we are the biggest group on the planet."
The logic makes sense from the standpoint of will.i.am, who's quoted above. For James Cameron on the other hand, this move(ie) is out of left field to say the least. Of course, when you're a big director like Spielberg, Cameron, or Scorsese your name will be attached to more projects than you even know about. Granted, Cameron hasn't much else to accomplish in the way of narrative filmmaking; he's got several Oscars and has broken the top grossing record twice. Maybe diversity will keep the Canadian 'King of the World' on his Navi toes. will.i.am concluded by saying,
"We've toured from America to Europe, the Middle East, South America, Asia and Africa. We want to go across the planet. The Peas are filming it in South America. People will be able to see us in the theater with the 3D glasses and everything."
Could James Cameron put Avatar 2 on hold to get Fergilicious?
