Lindsay Lohan has officially served the first day of her 90 day jail sentence, and for the first time in years her first day without a cigarette. Luckily for Lindsay, she'll still be able to fill her body with unhealthy toxins during her incarceration.

Inmates at the LA County jail are allowed to receive gift baskets full of junk food while serving their time.

TMZ is reporting, that the Keefe Commissary Network Gift Pack Program lets people purchase junk food baskets for the inmate of their choice. The basket includes:

Spicy Velveeta Refried Beans

Spam

Kit Kat Bar

Vanilla Creme Cookies

Cheese Curls

Country Time Rasp./Lemon

Lime Chili Ramen

Flour Tortillas

Cupcakes

Mmmmm...Spam! Might not be the gourmet snacks Lindsay's use to, but it's something.

Wow...what a nice treat people can receive while paying time for a crime. I hope Lohan doesn't gain too much weight while in jail. That is a lot of junk food that the people can gift to inmates while in jail. Why is this service provided again? Why do we treat our criminals? Just curious!

Maybe this will help her quit her smoking helping. But, hopefully she doesn't acquire a snacking habit...LOL! Also, talkalot...I agree...why do we allow inmates to be rewarded while serving their time? Do they really deserve gifts while in jail?

I wouldn't say Lindsey is a harsh criminal and she does deserve treats now people serving for serious crimes shouldn't get anything

lohan is totally ghetto so why wouldn't she love spam and velveeta beans in a flour tortilla? i'm surprised that they don't allow cigarettes in jail.
