LOHAN UPDATE: Will NOT Be Released From the Slammer This Week!

It has not been confirmed what the exact day Lohan will be released is, but it is possible that she may only end up serving 13 days of her sentence-- due to overcrowding at Lynwood. If this does end up being the case she could be released as early as Sunday, August 1.

Once out of jail, the alcohol/drug abusive star will march her way directly to rehab in yet another attempt to sober herself.

Only time will tell in regards to what the future holds for Hollywood's favorite jail bird!

What are your thoughts on Lindsay staying in jail only 13 days as opposed to her 90 day sentence?

I think it is so lame that she isn't even serving at least 1/2 her sentence. Lohan needs to be punished for what she did!

Good...Lindsay Lohan shouldn't be released from jail early. Actually she should have to serve the full 90 days. Why aren't people paying their full time for their crimes?

What the heck??? Only 13 days? She needs to spend a lot more time then that in there. Hopefully rehab works this time.

i don't feel sorry for lohan at all. 13 days out of a 90 day sentence is a waste of time. why not just pat her hand and tell her "no, no lindsay, that's a bad girl." i say leave the little fire crotch in jail.
