According to TMZ, the only obstacle standing in Lindsay's way is the judge must approve her release. Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will go back to court to request the early release once the doctors write up their final report.
Looks like Lindsay isn't as bad off as everyone thought she was.

I think this is a joke and she is putting on a good act. I really think Lindsay Lohan needs to spend the full 90 days in rehab.

wow. lindsay lohan is a better actress than everyone thought. she has all the doctors fooled. she had a reduced jail sentence she doesn't need to leave rehab early too.
