Dina Lohan Seeking Conservatorship Over Lindsay Lohan!

The conservatorship would give legal control of Lindsay's well-being and finances to the conservators while she deals with her substance abuse issues.

Michael added, "It's disturbing... the co-conservators would be Dina and Lindsay's business manager, Lou Taylor."

Taylor is the same person who helped Jaime Spears with the conservatorship for Britney Spears.

There is a BIG difference between Lindsay and Britney... Lindsay clearly has drug addiction problems, where as Britney was mentally unstable, but when dealing with either situation, Dina, is NOT the right person to be in charge. She denied Lindsay's problems more than the star did herself.

What do you think? Should Dina Lohan be conservator over Lindsay Lohan?

I do think that Lindsay Lohan is in serious need of help, but I don't think that Dina Lohan is the correct person for the job. Scary thought, since she once stated that Lindsay didn't have a problem.

Dina can be the conservator of Lindsay anytime, she is her mother after all, and who knows a child better than a mother.....my only question is: who is going to be the conservator of Dina??? She is the one in need of some serious help.....Lindsay is a spoiled brat, with an addiction....and her mother is an enabler.

She is ABSOLUTELY the wrong person to oversee Lindsay's affairs. She is the chief enabler. Something Lindsay does not need if she's to put her career and life back together. Have you seen Dina's statements? She blames everyone else except her daughter for all the trouble LiLo's been in.

Lindsay Lohan is on my celebrity-death list if she doesn't clean up & get her act together she'll be dead before the year is up. We can only hope Dina will follow suit. What a train-wreck this lady is I agree with Micheal Lohan (Gasp, don't worry I didn't think I'd be saying this either) But seriously, a thrid party (NOT HER PARENTS OR LAWYER/ MANAGER ETC.) needs to take cantrol of Lindsay's affairs if anything this "new development" aka: Lindsay putting cocaine up her nose before a DRUG TEST should illustrate that.
