Adrien Brody Sues Hannibal Pictures!
Adrien Brody has filed a lawsuit against Hannibal Pictures over the rights to distribute the 2009 thriller, Giallo in America.
The Hollywood Reporter says the lawsuit has been brought about because the producers haven't paid him the $640,000 he claims he is owed. He has made a sworn declaration that the film's producers had flat out lied to him about the budget and how much they would make from distributing the film.

Apparently, Brody has the right to withhold his likeness from the film until he is paid. Since Brody plays the starring role, a detective trying to catch a serial killer who gets off on mutilating and murdering pretty women, the whole film's debut in America has been detained.
Here is the trailer for
Giallo:[jwplayer|config=Hollywire|width=440|height=380|file=http://www.youtube.com/v/dr_LY5XHqq0|image=http://i4.ytimg.com/vi/dr_LY5XHqq0/hqdefault.jpg]
The filmmakers laywer says they have been trying to work something out with Brody for quite a few months now and that they “respectfully dispute his allegations”.
