Lindsay Lohan Not Going Home for Thanksgiving
It seems as if Lindsay Lohan's latest stay in rehab might finally be doing the trick! Although she lost her big movie role in Inferno, Lindsay has been seen out and about lately, looking pretty healthy.
However, that doesn't mean the Betty Ford Clinic is going to grant Lindsay total freedom for Thanksgiving. In fact, Lindsay will have to spend her holiday continuing treatment, rather than with the rest of her family in Long Island.

It's true, Lindsay has been seen around California at her condo, doing a photo shoot and even reconciling with her dad, but just because she has been granted day passes from the clinic, does not mean she is allowed to leave the state.
Lindsay's court order states that she is to remain at the Betty Ford Clinic until January 3, 2011 and cannot leave the state without permission from a judge.

While Lindsay hoped to spend Thanksgiving with her family in New York, things do not seem to be going the way she planned!
"As of now she's not coming home," a source from Lindsay's family told E! News. "She's not allowed to."
