It was indeed a very exciting Christmas for Reese Witherspoon!  The How Do You Know actress became engaged to her boyfriend of almost a year, Jim Toth. 

Witherspoon, 34, started dating Toth, 40, at the beginning of 2010.  The duo took their relationship public during a romantic weekend in Ojai, California.  Toth is a Hollywood agent at CAA. 

"They are extremely happy," her rep told Us Weekly.
