If you thought the cast of Valentine's Day was star-studded -- just wait for New Year's Eve!  

Director Garry Marshall has already roped in Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank, Jessica Biel, Abigail Breslin and Glee's Lea Michele for the project. Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Sarah Jessica Parker, Halle Berry & Zac Efron are in negotiations to join the cast as well.

New Year's Eve tells intertwining stories of a group of New Yorkers as they navigate their way through various obstacles that deal with their professional and personal lives on New Year's Eve.  Zac is being rumored to play a bike messenger who ends up trying to fulfill Pfeiffer’s New Year’s Eve resolutions in exchange for tickets to a big party.

Berry, who just received a Golden Globe nomination for her turn in Frankie and Alice, would play a caterer who runs into an ex.

THR reports that the movie is scheduled to begin shooting Febuary 1st, 2011.  The film is set for a December 9th, 2011, release date.
