We haven't heard much from Aaron Carter since his time on Dancing With the Stars and now it looks like it might be a little longer before Carter puts out some new music as he had previously planned.

Carter was admitted into a treatment facility to deal with some issues he has been having.

Carter's manager, Johnny Wright, released a statement saying that Aaron is seeking treatment "to heal some emotional and spiritual issues he has been dealing with."

"He has chosen to enter a facility where he feels he will get the guidance and cleansing he needs, which in turn will help him on the music journey he's about to take, " Wright added.

This isn't the first time Carter has been in some sort of trouble, either.  He was arrested for investigation of marijuana possession in 2008 and owed more than $1 million in back taxes in 2009.
