Chelsea Handler's NBC Sitcom About Herself!
E! late-night host Chelsea Handler is making the move from talk show host to sitcom actress! E! Online reports that she is set to star in a new NBC sitcom based on her book Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea.

But don’t expect to see Chelsea play her younger self in the upcoming series. She has signed on to play her older sister!
None other than That 70’s Show actress Laura Prepon will star as Chelsea and she is hoping that NBC will stick behind the comedy.

“We start in a couple weeks,” Prepon said. “I hope NBC gets behind it. There’s a lot of buzz. It’s different and edgy.”
She also mentioned how excited she was to be working with the Chelsea Lately host. She couldn’t imagine anyone else to play the part of Handler’s older sister.

“I’m from Jersey,” she said. “Chelsea and I are similar, so it’s perfect we play sisters. It’s funny, because her vodka is my favorite vodka, too. We both drink the same thing!”
