Chris Brown Allowed to Speak to Rihanna Again!
Last week, Hollywire reported that Rihanna wanted to lift her restraining order against Chris Brown, but she would not be able to do so without the signature of a judge.
Well, Judge Patrica Schnegg has granted Rihanna her wish and has given the former couple the right to see each other and even speak to each other, under one condition - that Chris Brown doesn't "annoy, molest or conduct surveillance of" Rihanna.

The previous restraining order, which came about after Chris Brown admitted to beating Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy Awards, required that Brown stayed at least 50 yards away from Rihanna at all times, except at entertainment events when the distance was dropped to 10 yards.
Although Rihanna was not at court yesterday to approve the court's lifting of the order, her lawyer Donald Etra says, "I have spoken with my client and she does not object to it being modified to a level one order."

Apparently Chris is a changed man! Not only does Rihanna trust him enough to let him near her again, but he also successfully completed his 1-year domestic violence course and Judge Schnegg even said he is not required to attend his next court hearing on June 27.
