Rihanna's Being Sued!
OMG!! Did Rihanna use copyrighted images for her S&M music video??

That's what the famous photographer David LaChapelle is claiming. David is suing Rihanna for copyright infringement, citing that there are similarities between his copyrighted work and the costumes and poses used in the S&M video.

According to the court documents obtained by Radaronline, LaChapelle uses his copyrighted image "Latex" as an example and alleges that the use of the costumes and poses in S&M were "willful, wanton and deliberate" acts of copyright infringement.

David, who usually charges up to $1 million dollars to direct/produce a music video and has worked with Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears in the past claims that the director of S&M, Melina Matsoukas was "asked by Rihanna or persons acting on her behalf to create a LaChapelle-esque music video."
LaChapelle is seeking $4 million, plus attorney fees.
