Demi Lovato says that the journey she went through in treatment along the support of her fans was "so meaningful" that she did something that will remind her of this forever.  She tattooed a little heart on her wrist next to the word, "strong."  Watch the vid to hear her full message and see the tattoo:

She said the heart is what her fans were drawing for her while she was still in treatment & some even got tattoos of it. One wrist says, "stay" and the other wrist says, "strong."  So, all together it's "Stay Strong" with a little heart at the end.

She says she'll look at it everyday and remember the support of her fans and be "completely thankful."
