PHOTOS: Christina Aguilera Night of Arrest
Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matt Rutler were arrested early this morning in West Hollywood after the couple engaged in a long night of partying and drinking. Aguilera was charged with public intoxication and Rutler was charged with driving under the influence! Yikes!

The petite singer was reportedly "extremely intoxiated' and was taken into custody because she was unable to take care of herself once Rulter was taken into custody. A source tells TMZ, "if the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, [Christina] would have never been in trouble." What a guy!

Aguilera was released this morning, March 1st, at 2:45 a.m. from jail while Rutler was spotted early this morning leaving the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department.
According to reports, Aguilera's friends have been trying to encourage the 30 year old mother to enter rehab for weeks!
