Behind-The-Scenes of Jordin Sparks' New 'African Cats' Music Video! (Exclusive)
Jordin Sparks just released her latest music video for her new song The World I Knew! The 21-year-old starlet shot the vid for the beautiful ballad, which also happens to be the theme song for Disney Nature's upcoming flick African Cats, a few weeks ago at Soapbox Studios in Burbank, California.
Jordin invited our own Katie Krause to go behind-the-scenes with her on the set! The duo chatted all about the visually stunning new music video as well as the American Idol winner's upcoming album!

"They were like 'we're doing this movie called African Cats and here's the song, it's by Ryan Tedder,' Jordin recalls of being approached to record The World I Knew. "I literally downloaded the song and I probably got through the first chorus and I was like 'I want to do it,'" she added enthusiastically.
Jordin revealed that she could relate to the inspirational tune on a personal level. "I've always been very independent but I'm learning to you know, stand on my own two feet more and make decisions and really stand my ground," she said.
The talented beauty just recently turned the big 2-1 but we were very impressed with how sweet, mature and professional she was on set! Jordin even dined with the entire crew during their short lunch break while sporting an oversized sports tee and comfortable shorts. How much more do you adore her after hearing that!?

As for more new music from the Battlefield singer!? Don't worry folks, it's on the way! "I don't know if they'll really expect the song that I'm going to put out," she revealed to Hollywire exclusively. "It's hard to describe... I'm hoping there will be a dance break in the middle, so that's going to be something different for me!" Well, we can't wait for a new Jordin Sparks album -- can you?!
