Jennifer Lawrence dazzles in a bright yellow Marc by Marc Jacobs dress on the cover of the May 2011 issue of Teen Vogue. The 20-year-old blonde beauty sports on array of adorable outfits inside the popular fashion mag and opened up about her hot new role in The Hunger Games.
The Winter's Bone starlet also opened up about filming X-Men First Class and maintaining a 'good-girl' reputation.
“She’s incredibly powerful, brave, and tough—and yet she has a tenderness and complexity. It was very humbling hearing that Suzanne [Collins] and Gary [Ross] feel that I embody those traits,” said the actress of landing the coveted role of Katniss in The Hunger Games. "The cool thing about Katniss is that every fan has such a personal relationship with her, and they understand and know her in a singular way," she continued.
As for working with her talented X-Men First Class costars? ”I had a blast. I was living in London for five months, and the whole cast . . . we all legitimately love each other. We got addicted to hanging out.” How sweet!
Don't expect to see Lawrence going down the troubled Hollywood starlet path. Jennifer has her head on her shoulders and likes being labeled a good girl. “Sometimes I get anxiety about not staying up late enough. I’m not the one in the corner, but if anyone was like, ‘I want to go home and watch The Big Lebowski,’ I’d be right there with my hand up.”
