Lindsay Lohan Heads to Court for Jewelry Theft!
Lindsay Lohan will be spending her Friday in court today at a preliminary hearing over her jewelry theft case; and if the judge does not rule in her favor she could be spending Easter weekend behind bars.
Lohan was accused of grand theft back in January over a $2,500 necklace that Kamofie and Co. claims she stole. Do you think the young starlet really stole it!?
Lindsay claims that she is innocent saying that the necklace was actually out on loan. The store's owner says that this scenario is not possible because of all the paperwork involved to loan anything to anyone regardless of celebrity status.

Today's preliminary hearing will determine whether there is enough evidence to continue and go to trial. If the judge rules there is enough evidence to proceed Lindsay could also end up in jail, before the day is over, as the evidence would be a violation of her probationary terms stemming from her 2007 DUI.
There are high stakes againsty Lindsay right now, both in and out of court.
Lohan will apparently be filming two movies very soon, but another jaunt to the slammer could change things for the starlet. She expressed her desire to get back to acting after her release from rehab earlier this year.
