It appears not everybody ishappy about the opening day to the weekend – Friday! YouTube megastar RebeccaBlack has recently received death threats and the police are now involved inthe situation! Yikes!

According to Reuters, Anaheim policeare investigating two death threats that were made against Black. A spokesmanfor the police department is quoted saying, “In essence the threats wererelated to getting the music off the Internet or they were going to kill her.”

The spokesmen went on to say, “Wecan’t validate how serious they are, but we do take it seriously.”

Rebecca Black is the 13-year-oldteen who made a music video celebrating everyone’s favorite day called Fridayand has become the next Internet sensation.

Reportedly, one death threat was received by phone andanother by email. How scary! Black is being kept under a close eye by officers as theinvestigation into the messages continue.

Friday has been seen by  more than 110-MILLION viewers onYouTube! Can’t people just be happy for Rebecca? You have to give the girlcredit for following her dreams and making a name for herself.
