Disappointed by Transformers 2? Even Michael Bay himself said it wasn't all that great. Well, the trailer for Transformers: Dark of the Moon premiered last night and things are looking pretty good for the third flick.

Shia LaBeouf Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Megan Fox leaving the franchise was a major downer, but her replacement, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is another Hollywood hottie who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. She also does a great job keeping the same sex appeal alive that Megan Fox brought to the movie. Shia Labeouf reprises his role as Sam and continues his mission to save the world and save the girl.

Let me tell you why I didn't care for the first movie, didn't watch the second, and don't care even a litlte bit about this third one: - The Transformers are all overly detailed. I know it sounds crazy, but the level of detail they put into the robots mixed with the absolutely frenetic crank addict camera and angle switches don't produce anything cool on the screen to me. It ends up being a mess that if I want to enjoy I have to hop myself on speed then watch the movie in slow motion just to get an idea for what's going on. The first movie was a visual mess to me. And I'm a huge old school Transformers fan. Was my fav cartoon as a kid and I still own many of the original toys which are now collectors pieces worth a lot more than what my rents paid for them when I was 6.
