Confirmed! Ashton Kutcher Joins 'Two and a Half Men' Cast
Ashton Kutcher will be joining the cast of Two and a Half Men, CBS officially announced today.
The flurry of rumors began on Thursday when Kutcher posted a cryptic tweet about the number 2.5. This has the former Punk'd star filling the void left by Charlie Sheen after the actor's very public battle with series creator Chuck Lorre. Sheen was fired from Men in March, leaving the show in limbo before completing the eighth season.
"I can't replace Charlie Sheen but I'm going to work my a** off to entertain the hell out of people," Kutcher stated in a press release today.

Reports have Kutcher earning in the high six-figure range per episode -- less than the $1.25 million an episode Sheen was earning.

It has also been reported that Ashton will not be replacing Charlie but be brought in as new character in the Malibu home that is the setting for the show.
