Avril Lavigne has put her 12,000 square foot Bel-Air mansion on the market for $9.5 million.
The Canandian singer purchased the home in 2007 with former husband Deryck Whibley, and less than a year after their divorce was announced, it looks like she's finally looking to unload the love nest.
The eight bedroom, ten-and-a-half bathroom home boasts a wine cellar, a gym and a ten-car garage, among other amenities. Lavigne bought the property from Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his then-wife, Shanna Moakler for $9.5 million. Seeing as her latest album, Goodbye Lullaby, has been quite the international hit, Lavigne doesn't appear to be selling her old house due to financial hardship -- it looks like she's simply ready for some new scenery!
Maybe she'll move in to boyfriend Brody Jenner's Malibu pad?
