Denise Richards Is a New Mommy!

Denise Richards' rep has just confirmed to Us Magazine that the actress has adopted a baby girl!

The single mom adopted her little bundle of joy domestically about a month ago, and she chose to name her Eloise Joni, after her mother who lost her battle with cancer in 2007.

Richards, who just celebrated her 40th birthday this year, is currently raising two other daughters, Sam and Lola, both fathered by ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

Congratulations to Denise and we can't wait to see photos of the little miss!

At this stage of my life, I am finding myslef kind of weeding thru the people I used to surround myslef with and trying to spend most of my time with ONLY the people who have a positive impact on my life.I am tired of the people who are fake, who do not truly care and are in my life for all the wrong reasons I understand if there is a past and I will always respect those friendships, but the key there for me is to know what these people bring to my life and to not have any expectations.I love the depth and understanding that comes from a real give and take friendship and am trying to focus on those relationships to find my joy and hopefully share some as well!
