Last month Katy Perry and husband Russell Brand put their 1920s Los Feliz mansion on the market for $3.4 million, and now the lovebirds have found a new place to call home!
The duo have purchased a $6.5 million Spanish style estate from former National Lampoon CEO Daniel Laikin, who was sentenced to 45 months in prison for stock manipulation charges last year.

The gated compound has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and it sits on nearly three acres of land with a guesthouse and swimming pool. The house features a stone foyer with a sweeping staircase, stained-glass windows, a pub, a media room and a carved fireplace mantel in the living room.

Laikin bought the property in 2004 for $4.5 million, and the house first hit the market in November at $7,995,000, so it seems like Katy and Russell were able to negotiate a pretty good deal!
