Lindsay Lohan scored a small legal victory last week when she was granted a restraining order against her alleged stalker, but now the 24-year-old starlet is facing new accusations from a fashion photographer who sued her last December!

In 2010 Scott Nathan sued Lohan's 6126 clothing label claiming he wasn't paid for his work, and apparently he still hasn't seen a cent from the company!  Nathan was supposed to start receiving payments in March, and according to TMZ he's asking a judge for an order to enforce the settlement.  A rep for Lohan tells TMZ, "We don't comment on any pending legal situations with third parties."

Lohan is currently on house arrest for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice jeweler, and less than two weeks ago her electronic monitoring bracelet went off, so she could definitely use a break!  The starlet turns 25 on July 2, so that's probably all she wants for her birthday -- but will she get it?
