Selena Gomez Gets Giddy After Meeting Shia LaBeouf!
With Transformers: Dark of the Moon releasing this weekend, the movie's star Shia LaBeouf is all anybody can talk about these days, and just recently another one of our favorite celebs got the opportunity to meet him for the first time!
Selena Gomez may be dating Justin Bieber, but she has had a longtime crush on LaBeouf, and she was absoutely adorable when she got to meet the Transformers star, showing us that although she's a celebrity, she's just like the rest of us. Selena's crew tricked her into thinking she was going to meet some fans backstage at a television studio, but the Who Says singer was shocked to find somebody she was a fan of in the room instead! All Gomez could do when she saw the former Even Stevens star was say, "Oh my gosh!" and walk out of the room, embarassed. However, once she recovered, the two posed for pictures together and Shia had nothing but kind things to say to her!
"Hey, how are you?" he asked. "How you doin'? Thanks for being so sweet to me. You're really sweet to me."
Although Selena admitted she was totally embarassed after the interaction with LaBeouf, his publicist assured her it was totally not a big deal, explaining, "That's actually nice to and refreshing to see someone that genuine. Trust me, he likes it!"
In the end, Selena must've gotten over her embarassment because she posted the video herself via her Twitter page with the tweet, "Best...Day...Ever." Hmmmmm...we wonder how Justin feels about this!?
