Lindsay Lohan turns 25 today, and we thought we'd give her a shout out and wish her a very happy birthday!

After serving 35 days of house arrest (not to mention the chaos caused by her failed alcohol test last month), Lindsay is free to celebrate this weekend, but let's just hope she doesn't get behind the wheel!  Ah, we kid, we kid!  We know Lilo wants to get her life back on track, and whether it's her a role in the upcoming John Travolta flick Gotti: Three Generations or her 6126 footwear line that's set to hit stores this fall, it seems like she's getting ready to do just that.

While it was previously reported that Lindsay was going to celebrate her birthday in New York, mom Dina told the NY Daily News that her daughter will be planning a "low key" celebration in Los Angeles, adding that "she plans to return to her community service right away on Monday."  Wait, Lilo's going to miss out on the Fourth of July festivities?!  She must be serious about her sobriety then, right?
