Demi Lovato Parties It Up on a Tuesday Night!

Demi Lovato had a night out at Teddy’s in Hollywood on Tuesday, and while we're happy to see the recently-rehabbed 18-year-old starlet smiling, we have to wonder why she's a regular on the 21+ club scene!

As Demi exited the club, photographers snapped a shot of a sticker on the back of her cell phone that read, “Heroin Killed The Radio Star”! Don't give us reason to be concerned, Demi!

Last month Demi hit the bars and rocked a shirt that said, "The only coke I do is diet," but at this point it almost seems like she's going out of her way to convince us she's clean and sober. While it was never officially confirmed that Lovato went to rehab for a drug problem, rumors that the Disney actress allegedly abused drugs began popping up online before she checked into rehab last November.

Hey, at least she looked like she was enjoying herself!

What do you think about Demi hitting the clubs in the middle of the week? Perhaps if she was of age it wouldn't be such a big deal?
