Former Disney darling Demi Lovato hit the stage at the 2011 Do Something Awards and performed her newest inspiring single, Skyscraper for the first time since it's release!
Receiving a standing ovation, she even caused some chatter on Twitter as celebrities including Kim Kardashian and Britney Snow showered Lovato with compliments on her nights performance.

The 18-year-old singer looked stunning as she walked the blue carpet in a silver Burning Torch dress and switched it out for a Robert Rodriguez design on the stage. Roseark and Loree Rodkin jewels and Guiseppe Zanotti heels completed both looks.
And what else could complete Lovato's night? The starlet definitely didn't go home empty handed as she took home the award for Charity Song for Make A Wave, her duet with Joe Jonas.
